Your salesman David was very flexible and honest with me. I was going to have the stairs and the LR/DR done. I woke up that morning and realized that with a new knee, I might slip going down the stairs when they were still wet. David said that the minimum of $75 would clean the DR/LR. He also suggested a bottle of stain remover and carpet protection. I bought it all. David is a great asset to your company.

The results are excellent--fresh and clean carpets and rugs. On Time service calls, courteous and polite service reps. Doug helped us this week--was excellent. Gave me advice on some tiles that might need to be re-grouted or cleaned. Repositioned our area rug and took away all of the packing materials, etc.
Your service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient. He was in and out in 45 minutes. The carpet dried sooner than he said. Very impressed.

The young man representing your company was very professional in appearance and mannerismn. He walked through my home and listened to my need to rid the house of any pet urine odor. Before he began cleaning I knew what my total cost would be. This was the first time I used ZEROREZ to clean my carpet. I will definitely call them when my carpet needs to again be cleaned.
