The technician was well-groomed and very pleasant. Arrived on time and finished in a very satisfactory time. The carpet cleaned up pretty well but I wish I would have known that beer is hard to get out of the carpet; I would have paid the extra for the extra attention to those stains. Scheduling was easy!

He explained in great detail what your products could do for my carpet and very upfront and honest with the different products and costs that could be used.
