My carpet is SEVERAL years old and he even got the grease out that my husband had tracked in. The carpet does not crunch when I walk on it like other carpet cleaners cause. And it dried so fast!!

They were able to accommodate my cleaning day even though the employee that was supposed to do the job ended up in the hospital that day. The guy that came out was professional and did a good job.

Justin was very friendly. I liked the corner guards you put on the corners for protection. I like that your cleaners wear booties. Did a good job. We did have one spot that I pointed out. I had to leave and the next day I noticed the spot was still there. I called and you set up a time for someone to come again. In the meantime, I used my personal cleaner and got it out. Maybe should pay more attention to spots that customers point out. When I called in, whoever answered the phone was very friendly.
