Professional staff, product is high quality my carpets look brand new!

Tyler arrived promptly and did an excellent job - my only problem was my apartment needed to be vacuumed before it was cleaned - many of us in retirement communities do not have a vacuum and rely on our weekly cleaning person to have one. it worked out very well to have ithe carpet cleaned the day after it was vacuumed but I don't have one any more.

The technicians were professional and efficient. They called 20 minutes before they arrived, and before they started cleaning they confirmed which areas I wanted treated and gave me a breakout of what it would cost. No chemicals were used in the cleaning process, but the carpets were spotless when they were done. I will definitely use Zerorez for any future carpet cleaning needs.

The techs work very hard and the rugs are always clean

I like your prep work. You put plastic corners around the edges of my furniture and doorways so they didn't get scratched by your equipment. You put down matts around my couch before it was cleaned. You don't use any harsh chemicals. You got my couch clean without doing any damage to the rest of my house. [This is a private compliment. Easy to request appt online. Seemed fair, though I was concerned that the agent would come back in and try to significant increase my online quote. Was very quick, efficient.

Two very professional Zerorez Staff, Joey and Kenton, arrived promptly at the scheduled time (even slightly early) and performed a very thorough carpet cleaning service. They addressed several potty stains from our puppy with great results. This is the 2nd time using their service and will continue in the future.

Carpets are clean, service was on time, the staff tried to be as unobtrusive as possible considering it was a business day.
Supervisor checked job and made sure we were satisfied.
Was done in the afternoon and dried overnight.
Invoice was very close to estimate.

The first technician that came out did not do a good job. After he left, we could still smell pet urine (more than before he started). The first tech didn't go around with a black light and look for pet stains, but the second technician (Keegan) did.

Keegan looked around at our areas of concern - regular food stains near our couch, stairs, hallway and dining room. He spent a lot of time looking at obvious stains that were not picked up on the first visit two weeks ago. Keegan was very thorough and detail-oriented and spent about 4-5 hours at our home on a second visit. We were very pleased with Keegan and his professional demeanor and patience with us.

After our first visit, I would not have recommended Zerorez, but after the follow-up, we are very happy.
