The technicians gave me a call about 15 minutes before they showed up to make sure I was ready. They were professional, courteous, and efficient.

Rep was honest and told me the area I wanted cleaned would not be cost effective to clean. It would cost more than I would pay to replace carpet.

There was an area that we felt could have been done better and you offered to come back out at no charge to us. Super nice, polite and hard working carpet techs!

I am very happy with the cleaning Tyler did for me. It looks good, smells good, dried fast, and he was an exemplary employee the whole time he was in my home. The service Techs were wonderful. They paid special attention to the traffic areas, were careful not to let the hose rub against the walls or corners. I had just had my hardwood floors redone and they took care not to scuff them up. The carpet dried pretty quicky.
