When I encountered some difficulty with an initial cleaning, I gave feedback to Zerorez. To my surprise and delight, a member of the company called me right away and offered to return to my residence to see what could be done to take care of my concerns. The next day, a gentleman from the company came to my residence and did everything possible to take care of my concerns. I am, thus, very pleased with this company's follow through with the dissatisfaction that arose from an initial cleaning. This company obviously cares about customer satisfaction.
