ZeroRez does a great job with our carpets. Pet stains come out (and don't return), the carpet is not crunchy afterward, and they do not over-saturate when they clean. We have also had them clean two hand-woven wool rugs, and they do so expertly.

We’ve used this company multiple times. They are timely, professional and friendly. My carpets are about 7 or 8 years old and when people come visit I’ve heard “oh look, you got new carpet!” On many occasions we’ve heard similar statements like that one. 😊

Very thorough. I'm not sure if we really needed the extra service that was offered when Ben got there (as it was really expensive and almost doubled the price of the original quote) but it seems very clean!
