I love that Zerorez uses water and a nontoxic cleaning solution on the carpet. Our technician, Evan, was also amazing at explaining the entire process and cleaning the floors. He was able to get a crunchy build up on my daughter’s carpet off that other carpet cleaners have not been able to do in the past. I liked that there was no saturation of the carpet, did not take that long for carpet to dry. The carpet got a lot more of the dirt out than other companies did, I was pleased at how the carpet looked much cleaner than before and it still looks better after a couple of weeks. My husband and I are planning to call & have more of our carpet cleaned in the future, because we are very pleased with the out come of our high traffic areas that were cleaned during this visit.
