Cleaned well and didn't soak the carpet. Dried quickly. The reservation process was very professional. Lots of followup to confirm appointment and arrival time. The tech was very nice and didn't do any high pressure up-sell. We did add a treatment on but I was not pressured about it.

I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the individual who came to shampoo my carpets (I asked him twice!), but he was very service-oriented and did quite a nice job. I would highly recommend him again.
