The companies communications regarding set up, times to be here were all great! The service person was also very efficient and pleasant, his name was Keagan. The only part I did not like is that I felt the pricing was high and extra costs for any bedroom closet or the stairs... I responded from a radio add of $129 for 3 rooms, but the other 3 rooms (total 6) cost $314.
Was not expecting this and felt I had to move forward once the technician was at the house.
I took the staircase off to keep price down a bit.

Keegan was very professional, friendly, and also cared about whether the stains in carpets were taken care of by the cleaning. He spent additional time waiting until the fans dried the carpet enough to determine whether stains were gone. Excellent service, much appreciated.

You always do a great job! You get my carpets cleaner than anyone else. There is almost no stain you cannot get out.

Green product and does a great job.

No chemicals or residue plus it helps clean out old carpet cleaner residue. The technician was excellent at his job and very knowledgeable about the product. He was also honest about what it can’t do, such as eliminating wear patterns. And what was extremely helpful to me was they scheduled me on very short notice while I was switching out my living room furniture which was awesome! I will definitely schedule with Zerorez again!

They came out and redid my rug. The man told me that the problem wasn't the cleaning but the carpet is wearing out. He redid it for me and I think it is somewhat better. Love your company.

Elijah from Zerorez steam cleaned a mattress I had in storage that was very dusty. He was friendly, professional and extremely thorough. I will use Zerorez again in the future.

The overall experience was great. The process was easy, quick, and carpets looked brand new.

We are very pleased with the cleaning of our carpet and rugs but were disappointed that the furniture was not replaced in our bedroom. We are unable to lift the chairs and had to get help to put them where they belong.

Zerorez made scheduling quick and easy. Nate did a wonderful job explaining the costs (very affordable) and additional options for throw rugs.

We had less than 500 sq ft cleaned. It was $500. Way too expensive. The quote was 1/2 the actual cost.

I have not used multiple carpet cleaning services so I do not have any other companies with which I can compare, I just wanted to say the technician that came out to my house was exceptionally polite, thorough, and professional. I regret that I cannot remember his name.
