I liked the technician he was very thorough professional and polite. I liked that the carpet wasn’t crunchy after it dried.

I was kinda hesitated about going through with the appointment because the gal that took the call wasn't as impressive. She was all over the place with pricing, and about the service it self. And on top of that she noted the wrong phone # on our account so we didn't get the 30 minute call before the gentlemen showed up.
However, Steven (the tech) was GREAT!!!! He was on time, very informative, and QUICK! We were very impressed with his service. Oh and he got our information edited on our account for future business.
As far as the product it self, it's does seem to have gotten the carpet cleaner than any other companies we've used and even though it was raining through out the day and we couldn't open up our windows, and it seemed that the carpet dry pretty fast.
That's the kind of service I like....Quality and Fast.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. The cleaning took very little time and the Technician was here on time and the job was completed in the time window given to us when the service was scheduled. No chemicals or soap

We like the fact that it is your own water which is more acidic and cleans without all the residue. Other companies used so much soap and didn't get it out and the spots used to just come back. We like the fact that you don't put a lot of water in the carpet and it dries a lot faster than when the old companies used to do it..
