We needed our carpets cleaned and had multiple pet stains due to our older pup. It was easy to make an appointment and I was updated the day before and the day of the appointment to confirm. Steven B called 30 minutes before he arrived, and upon arrival took a look at the carpets and showed me the areas which required extra treatment. He then explained how he would treat the areas and discussed the price while answering all of my questions. When Steven was finished, the floors looked amazing. My upstairs white carpet looks new. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and the finished product. Steven was incredibly professional, friendly and provided A+ service! I will not hesitate to use Zerorez in the future.

Quick, very effective, dries quickly, no lingering scent

As usual, it was a great job. Not only clean but soft carpet and I don't worry about my pets walking on chemical residue. It dries so fast too! Very pleased. Only wish either you charged less for steps or I had a ranch style house!
