My carpet looks fabulous. Benjamin was very informative, respectful and efficient. He was training another associate that from,my perspective went well.

It would be nice if the company prorate the area during billing. I have 2 bedrooms with very small area around the bed. It was billed the same price as my study. Same size with a lot more carpet.
Overall satisfied and I recommend Benjamin and his trainee.
