Technicians are professional and they do their best to get any spots from the carpet and any spots are gone for good and whereas other cleaners the spots will appear later. We use tem one or t wo times a year and the carpets look new after 20+ years.

The two cleaners were on time, quick, and communicative.

I love that the house doesn't smell like harsh chemicals and perfumes. I can feel good about my son and dog walking around on the newly cleaned carpet.

I have had Zerorez clean my family room rug for years because the rug looks great and feels better. Also, the technicians are friendly, thorough, and polite. I always know the cost of the service before they begin and have never had to deal with up-selling. The courtesy call to let me know they are almost ready to arrive is appreciated.

The orange-peel spray product smelled so good!! Our carpets are near the end of their life, but having them cleaned by Zerorez extended their life and made them look better again. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely hire you guys again in the future - to clean and protect our new carpets! ;)
