The first technician that came out did not do a good job. After he left, we could still smell pet urine (more than before he started). The first tech didn't go around with a black light and look for pet stains, but the second technician (Keegan) did.

Keegan looked around at our areas of concern - regular food stains near our couch, stairs, hallway and dining room. He spent a lot of time looking at obvious stains that were not picked up on the first visit two weeks ago. Keegan was very thorough and detail-oriented and spent about 4-5 hours at our home on a second visit. We were very pleased with Keegan and his professional demeanor and patience with us.

After our first visit, I would not have recommended Zerorez, but after the follow-up, we are very happy.

The service was easy to schedule and was offered at a fair price. The technician did a really good job explaining any treatments that would be done and if there were stains that wouldn't come out. I was very satisfied with the way my carpet looked in the end.

Technician was very friendly, wore shoe protectors, and was very respectful of my property. Work was done efficiently. Add-ons add up quickly however, and there is an effort to up-sell, which always makes me wonder if the additional suggested work actually is needed or if they are just trying to make more money.

the techs are do a good job and answer any questions, they also on't try to pressure you to get more services than requested. No harsh chemicals because I have pets so I can have carpet cleaned more often if needed. also it dries quickly.

The person sent to clean our carpet was very pleasant and did a very good job. I wish he had moved a few tables I had cleared off for him that were not very heavy, but I should have paid more attention to what he was doing.
The carpets looked great. Much better than another service we had used before and the service person did a fine job of explaining everything. I think the fiber protectant used will do a better job than the Scotchguard used by another service.

It is professional and quality service

Zak went far beyond the normal professional service he was here to provide. In preparing for his service call, I had dislodged the screen to my patio door. He did his best to try to fix it. As he was leaving, he saw my car had developed a leak. He checked my car fluids to determine that I could still manage to drive to a repair shop without my engine seizing due to lack of fluids.
Zak was a personable, professional and pleasant person to have in my home. I just hope my carpets stay clean for at least 6 months. 😊🙏

Our Zerorez agent was very polite and conscientious. We have only had Zerorez on our carpet, which is very old and needs to be replaced. However with the way it is cleaned, it still looks great and will last for a while longer. Way to go Zerorez.

After cleaning, the carpets are not stiff, and they dry quickly. There is no fragrance associated with after-cleaning protectant. Appointments can be made easily online and with little lead time.
