The fact that there isn't a "soap" feel on the carpet after cleaning. That there is a special “pet” treatment that has worked well the times I have used it. That the techs (Andrew & Taylor) were professional, courteous and explained all that they were going to do and what they did.
The team was a bit late, but once they arrived, they were very professional,efficient and did a great job.
Love that I get a deep down clean without any residue. My carpets look great, even where I had spots. After they arrived, I was able to add more requests which were reasonably priced and done quickly and easily. The carpets dried fast which was very important to me as I only had 24 hours to prepare for my guest. I will definitely call them when I need my upstairs done.
