Prompt and professional

The scheduler did not seem to care that a specific person was requested because he is trusted and does an amazing job. When appt was confirmed I was told the person requested would be there. Much to my surprise I was being sent someone I did not requested and would not have that person in my house as I’m not comfortable with someone I didn’t have in my home prior. I said do not show up and called the office number and ask what happened. They contacted the person I requested and he was able to make the appt much appreciated he was able to accommodate. Staff who makes appt shouldn’t promise if cannot deliver a customers requested. Again thank you to Ricky Brown who as always did a better than outstanding job in my home.

Techs were very efficient. Did an excellent job.
Only negative thing was I had clothes closet carpet cleaned - had to go thru master bathroom about 12 ft long - wish they would have put down a protective covering as there was quite a bit of solution spots I had to clean up.
