The process of scheduling the carpet cleaning was simple, the technician that came out explained what he was going to do to treat the problem areas and gave us options afterwards if we were still not happy with the initial results. Definitely would use Zerorez again!

You did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and making them look like new. The cleaner was courteous and friendly and did a great job. I think $65, however, is a high price to do a flight of stairs that took less than 10 minutes to clean.
