Very friendly customer service when qualifying and booking my area rug cleaning, affordable pricing and there was availability for the next day. Easy / professional

Zerorez came to our rescue! My husband came back from washing his car & didn't know there was grease on the bottom of his shoes when he walked down the hallway. There were literally chunks of grease adhering to the fibers. We thought we'd have to get new carpeting. Thank goodness Zerorez was able to send someone out by early afternoon - our carpet looks brand new now! We knew if it was possible to salvage the carpet, Zerorez would be the cleaner to do it.

Zerorez rep who cleaned my carpets was the best I've ever experienced! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient! I have used them for about 5 or 6 years and clean every spring and fall, but they have really upped their game!

I had stains in my carpeted stairs going down to my basement. The stains were years old. I had 3 other companies try and remove the stains. While wet, they looked clean. When the carpet dried, the stains were back. Zerorez removed all the old stains, and my carpet now looks new. I am thrilled.

We highly recommend Zerorez. I had a great experience the whole way through! From the initial call to setting up the estimate to the day of cleaning. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and kind. We have very old office carpet, so we did not expect it to look new, but it exceeded my expectations. I also feel grateful knowing all the dust and regular wear is cleaned. The space felt amazing when we returned, it was totally dry and no chemical smells!
