First we got a call from the carpet tech asked if he could come early that was a good thing. When he got here he explained what he was going to do. Before he started he lays down tarps to protect the hard wood floor he also put these stand up protectors to protect the corners. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He did a very good job. If I was in charge over there I would do what I could to keep him on our team. Sorry I forgot his name but I’m sure you know who he is
