My carpet is over 10 years old in good condition, but has not been cleaned for7 years. I have a golden retriever who sheds.
I called zerorez to get more information and was able to get scheduled the next week. Zach arrived early and really took time to examine the trouble spots. Even though my dog has never been incontinent , he recommended their pet odor pretreatment. He was very up front with the extra charges. I never felt obligated to add services. Zach was very thorough, was able to remove some black ink stains in the den- I was amazed! My carpet looks like new- soft, fresh. I am so happy with the outcome of the cleaning. I will definitely use them again.
