Zoduq did a super job cleaning a week ago. He explained everything and told me what was to be done. He worked very hard the entire time he was here, and my 18 year old carpet looks almost new except where it has warn on the paths, of course.
I have used Zerorez several times and have always been pleased the results as well as the technicians who come out to do the job. I trust them in my house, too.
