Best of all there was no smell ! I was expecting it to smell like chemicals for a few days, but nada. I usually leave town for a couple days after a carpet cleaning, but couldn't with all the stay an home stuff going on. I know it says Zero-res but I was very pleasantly surprised. Also the carpets dried in just a few hours

Joe was very thorough and conscientious. He was polite and willing to redo a few things also. My carpet and floors look great. He also adhered to all the coved 19 protocols like wearing a mask and gloves and distancing.

We have used Zerorez before and were very pleased with the results so did not hesitate to call again when we needed our carpet cleaned. We got a confirmation call from the office and from the technician prior to his arrival. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. Our technician was conscientious and aware of social distancing. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
