Fast response w/answering the phone, scheduling an appointment and having an appointment made quickly. Also, the tech was very prompt.

The pretreat in certain areas was great. The technician even gave me a quote on cleaning and sealing my tiles and grout. He took his time and made sure that the areas were completely done before he left.

I signed up for the 3 room special at $119. By the time I signed off..I was up to $278.00

for a runway rug.@ 2.50/sq ft. is was $75. Outrageous!
I will use Zerorez again, but I will be very wary of the up charges on other items. The smallest area is automatically $25..where ever that may be....

I did get a quote for my kitchen granite. 80 sq. feet/ $400. I will not have Zerorez do that job....I will bid it out for other businesses.

Nate did a great job of telling us what he would do, doing it, and following up asking if we had questions. Very easy to work with him. Very happy with outcome. Smart of him to show us a square of the carpet not shampooed compared to the shampooed carpet right next to it. Made an impact on us. Nate is a great employee - he gets a 10 from me!
