The tech you sent, Thomas, was excellent. He provided great customer service. He called me when he was on his way to my home. He arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and was able to fix some areas of my carpet where a previous carpet cleaner (another company) had left behind stains.
He did a great job explaining what he would do, completing the work and wrapping up the job.

No soaps used just natural citrus extractors to get the dirt and stains. they were on time and even showed up earlier to start which let them finish sooner.
