Our representative was great he explained the process of the cleaning! He tested a rug that we were interested in cleaning for color fading on the spot! 2nd time - Stanley Steemer - bad choice. Must have been impaired when I made that call. Musty odor and reoccurring stains were what I got for $$$$. Never again.
