I leave used you several times over the years and your technicians are always polite and efficient and timely. One of the technicians, however, did not have a mask. With COVID I was very concerned and surprised as I understood that they would have those things. Luckily, I had some disposable masks, and I gave the technician one to wear.

Technician came on time (in fact 10 min. early in time window). He was good with wearing a mask and gloves. We didn't get foam risers this time to elevate our furniture, but I figured he ran out. I really hope they disinfect the equipment before and after a job during this pandemic. Other than that concern, we had a good experience!

Louis was great! He arrived early and was great at explaining what we needed for our pet stains.
