Very professional

Very quick response to our request for service to clean our bedroom carpet where I had spilled coffee. This was a bad stain on very light colored carpet. Joey did his best, but the stain reappeared when the carpet dried. I called Zero Rez and they sent out a carpet tech the next day to redo the cleaning of the stain. Very good service and willing to go the extra mile. Kai did a wonderful job treating the coffee stain the next day. No complaints here, just compliments to Zero Rez.

Excellent service, on time, did a thorough job taking care in view of Covid-19--gloves, mask, etc. Laid down protective covering for hardwood floors. I have used Zerorez in the past and intent to use them again.

The technician called before arrival to let us know he would be on time. He worked quickly and efficiently while doing a very good job. He was professional and courteous. He did not, however, wear gloves or a face mask at all times.

Best of all there was no smell ! I was expecting it to smell like chemicals for a few days, but nada. I usually leave town for a couple days after a carpet cleaning, but couldn't with all the stay an home stuff going on. I know it says Zero-res but I was very pleasantly surprised. Also the carpets dried in just a few hours

Joe was very thorough and conscientious. He was polite and willing to redo a few things also. My carpet and floors look great. He also adhered to all the coved 19 protocols like wearing a mask and gloves and distancing.
