Our technician , Nick, was not only on time , he called ahead to say he’d be arriving in 15 to 20 minutes and he did ! He was courteous an thoroughly cleaned our carpet. He took time to protect our walls, corners and furniture. He did not rush through the process , but methodically cleaned every area. It was so fresh smelling and spot free.
