There was no smell from the product used and my carpets looked great. There was a rippling in the bedroom carpet but when I called your office the woman who answered the phone assured me it would disappear and if it didn’t it would be Fixed. Very reassuring.

Tom did a great job getting stains out of my carpet that had been in my carpet for 4years. He made sure he called ahead so I could get my dogs out of the way. My grout looks like it did when my tile was first put down.

They showed up on time. Very polite. My carpet was not overly wet and did not take long to dry.
