To be honest my carpets are old the young man that came was very professional he did a really good job I was really impressed with the service and the customer service he gave me... I have already given your number and recommended you to a couple of my friends including my landlord so I would like to say thank you so much I seen you on Colorado and Company and I was very impressed thank you.

I was pleased with my Zerorez experience. The technician, Louis, was on time, walked the job with me to and advised me of additional costs, which I had to make on the spot decisions about to make sure we were on the same page, Louis worked diligently, as did the second tech., and completed the job in a timely manner. Louis was knowledgeable and polite, which I appreciated. He is to be commended.

I do have wall paint damage on a couple corners, higher than the corner protector that was put in place which I will need to have corrected, as well as baseboards & door frames that I will attempt to improve with Old English Lemon Oil. I did not observe these items until the technicians were gone. This disappointed me.

I must add that there were costs that were not revealed nor explained to me at the time I made my appointment (i.e. $60/spot for pet stain). I had 3 spots that needed treating, so that added $180 to my total. That is a huge unexpected expense for me. I also did not know what the cost of my Area Rug would be until they arrived, adding an additional $140, but I knew there would be a cost, just not how much; and lastly, I knew nothing about a protective/sealant coat which cost me another $150 but I felt after everything I had spent, and all my time and labor to prep my home for carpet cleaning, I decided to complete the cleaning. But that was another unknown I would have liked to know was an option up front. So my original estimate of $348 ended up costing me $818!! I would have liked to make an INFORMED decision, not an on the spot decision. Unfair to the customer. There goes my stimulus check!

Our carpets are left clean and free off soap or residue.

On two occasions we had ZeroRez out to clean our carpet/area rug. Both Ricky and Sean were very friendly and professional. Carpets were cleaned without leaving a filmy residue and carpet was not left sopping wet! Will not use anyone else from here on out!! Great job guys/gals :)

Cleans carpet better than most no residue. Carpet feels soft and clean.

Great cleaning on the carpets. Took the dog smell out and dried quickly as promised. The tech was very respectful and communicative. I wish area rugs weren’t so pricey to clean. One 8x10 rug cost as much as all three rooms!

The Zero Rez technicians came to my house and absolutely "wowed" me. I had spilled a whole bowl of salad with ranch dressing in the middle of my family room a number of years ago and had cleaned it up (obviously) but as the years went by, the stain got darker and bigger and by the time ZEROREZ came - it was as large as a regular size pillow and quite ugly. Now I cannot even see where it was originally. They also cleaned the residue from a mat that was supposed to keep some area rugs from slipping - left adhesive and a darker stain on the carpet under the rug - that too is gone.

I was extremely impressed by the work that was done and the technicians that did it. ZEROREZ will be my carpet cleaner from now on and I know that 2 of my friends have hired them - 1 is moving into a new (for them) house and already has the appointment made to clean the carpets before they move in and already has the appointment set to clean the carpet in the apartment they are leaving. GOOD JOB GUYS!

I love everything about Zerorez! The process, the people, the results. Take your pick. The carpets come out clean, soft and safe for animals to walk on and then lick their paws. The carpets dried quickly and looked almost like new - and they're off white. The technician was on time, polite and did a thorough and efficient job. He wore a mask and booties and touched nothing but his equipment. It took slightly over an hour, but what difference! Carpets are all bright, clean and sanitized! I breathe deeply and intake only fresh, clean air, no scents. Normally, I'm pleased to have clean carpets, but this time there's a measure of relief too.

I love the subsurface cleaning of the urine spots. You can see and smell the difference! Darien and Chris were amazing and very professional!
