The main thing I like is that there is no strong perfume smell during or after the carpet is cleaned and my carpet is so soft once it dryed. I have used Zerorez several times they are always on time and always friendly and always do a good job.

First and foremost, Luis is an amazing tech. He worked diligently to get my carpet clean. When he finished and I came upstairs I said, “Holy sh*t! That is so much better than I expected!” He was well educated in the process and answered all my questions. Secondly, I really appreciate the non-chemical but fresh smell of the carpet. Third, the carpet dries relatively quickly, 4-5 hours for my house. Luis followed all COVID precautions and was a very kind person in general. Thank you so much!

The technician was wonderful, he called and asked if he could arrive to the home early because he had a cancelation. Which worked better for our schedule, he was quick and efficient, friendly and did a great job with the carpets. He went over the add on we could do based on each room so we could pick what each room specifically needed. I would definitely book him again in the future.
