Our technician, Jeremy, was awesome. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job.

Pricing - I get a quote for 106 end up spending 345 - second time this GM has happened- also need tech to come back he did not black light stain spots after he finished - want to be sure the stains are gone

My customer service was excellent. My rep was extremely thorough regarding what would take place as well as confirming he was meeting my expectations.
I have some silk chairs that are practically impossible to clean. He put the extra mile in to make them look great. All areas he serviced, the carpet, rugs, recliner, window cushions, chairs looked fantastic when he was done.
