First I want to say it did get clean, however the rug now has a huge lump in the middle, actually several lumps. Your agent said the rug would lay flat around the edges as it dried and that did not happen either. I specifically asked about the edges before he left. I paid alot of money for the services he did for us and now the rug looks ruined to me. I want a supervisor to come look at the rug. Then we can determine what needs to be done. As it turned out I could have bought a brand new rug with the money I paid your company.
Torrence showed up a little ahead of schedule which worked out great for me. He did a great job, very professional and courteous. Carpets looked better than I expected. TY!

Tell your customers what the real pricing is when the call to set up an appointment is made.The tech should not have to tell customers that the quote only covers half of what was quoted on the phone . For example I was told 75.00 for pet stains in the two rooms ant the tech said per stain and I was told 120.00 to clean the sofa and the tech said 250.00. I don't mind upsetting but not at the prices that I wS told when the tec arrived .The tec was professional and did a good job but as I said The prices should have been what I quoted on the phone.
I have an oil stain in my driveway and in the street from your van. It’s pretty disappointing. I have tried to clean it and I cannot get it up.

It was just an overall excellent job done on the carpet which was heavily soiled and on the hardwood floors and tile.
Technician was on time and wore a mask during the appointment. Zerorez is always the best cleaning option.
The Tech was on time most importantly. Also he was efficient and professional.
This company always goes beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The work is first class and hte people they hire are always friendly and knowlegable. Great company and i recommend often.

Technician did not wipe down the surfaces he had touched. He put a container filled with a solution on the seat of one of our dining room chairs and it left stains on the chair, thus ruining an expensive chair. I pointed it out to him and he says oh it will dry. He went several times to his truck to get his equipment and left the front door open and never closed it when he went to the truck and even he returned. I am 74 and had to repeatedly get up to close the door . Meanwhile bugs flew in the house. This is unexceptionable Service. What do you plan to do about the chair that was damaged. I am very upset. Ricardo, the service technician, was polite, professional and eager to explain what he was doing to do, then again afterwards, what he did. He was thorough and seemed to care that I received the best outcome possible. While I find your fees expensive, I do feel good about having my airducts cleaned.

The technician was very professional and courteous but the carpets did not "clean up" as well as we anticipated-also, there was no "fresh" or sanitized smell afterwards.

Worked very well only badly stained carpet ! The attendant ( for got name ) was very polite and in and out over a short time and everything g was perfect
