It was so amazing to see all the dirt that came up, The staff that came out were very professional and they did an excellent job in cleaning the carpets. Looks like new carpet put in. Thanks

Very happy with the carpet cleaning service. Guys who were on the Job did a great Job!! Will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend to a friend.

competent service providers

They did a great job....very professional.

Haven't seen the house since your redo, so I honestly can't give you feedback. Thanks for your willingness to redo the carpet. That says a lot about Zerorez.

Timely efficient and did a good job.

Did not get rid of spots or odors that we paid extra for

It is the first time I've ever had my carpets cleaned that they got all the pet stains/odor out, and they actually stayed out. Didn't come back in the next couple of days like most cleaning companies. Amazing cleaning service!! I'd recommend them to everyone. Great service - fast, and dried quickly. Very professional while at my home.

We were very happy with the service and how clean our carpets looked after the job was done. We would recommend Zeroez to all our friends.

Charles Young

Simple and clean. Never tried to up-sell me just explained the benefits. And the demonstration spoke for itself

Cleaning technicians are incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire process took about an hour and a half.

Jake & Regan were very nice & did a great job on a troublesome spot

Prompt and thorough.

My experience from start to finish was perfect.

Quick drying time and professional staff

This does not have any thing to do with the person or persons do the work and the carpet cleaning was good, I would not ever have the ducts cleaned again. The duct cleaning left a mess and was more than we were told it would cost...you know the added portion that is not mentioned when the appointment is made. I was told it would be $350.00 per unit. that is what we expected to clean the air ducts, nothing was mentioned that we should have our unit cleaned, I believed that to be one in the same, but not. I will recommend Zerorez to do the carpet but not cleaning the duct work, it was not worth the money and time we had to spend cleaning up after the duct work was cleaned. there was black stuff all over the top of the refridgator, on our tile and furniture. of course the carpet was clean, my sister followed with the vacuum & vacuumed after each of the ducts were cleaned out and before the carpet cleaning. Again, we are not complaining about the gentlemen doing the work, it was the SALES before the service I do not appreciate at.

The cost was much higher than expected. They did not get the stains out and are coming back to do a re-clean tomorrow.

good job, good technician

Friendly & honest service and good results.

The gentlemen were professional even when my neighbor gave them a hard time about parking.

not a lot of chemicals or strong smells

I was waiting to view the carpet after a couple of weeks because it always looks good until then. That is when the spots start showing up again. Although it has only been a week. I would like to say that the carpet still looks like new. The gentleman that did the carpet is very knowledgeable and very nice and I will ask for him next time. I would and have recommended Zerorez to several people.

I thought the service was a very reasonable price and the outcome was very satisfactory.

The carpets are very clean! technician was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Service was prompt, friendly, professional, and incredibly effective! My carpets haven't been this clean since they were new. They dried in about 3 hours, wth no chemical or detergent smell.

Was a through clean and Zerorez rep seemed to have a lot of knowledge of his field.
