My carpets ALWAYS look the best ever after zerorez cleans them. They also feel softer and stay cleaner longer. The service technicians are always very professional and polite.

The process to clean the carpet with special water leaves no chemicla residue
The scheduling was easy; they showed up when they said they would. The technician was extremely courteous and helpful.
Michael did a wonderful job and worked very hard. The only thing is that when he cleaned the entry way tile the grout came up. Otherwise the carpets and tile looked AWESOME! Really really appreciate his hard work and doing everything toile sure we were satisfied

I like the fact no chemicals are used.
My sister who moved into the house said that although the stains for the most part seemed removed there was still a strong pet urine smell when they moved their furniture in. I paid the tech extra to use the special pre-treatment and enzyme specifically for this issue and it sounds that it did not work out. Plus I never relieved my gift card to the restaurant when I used the R.J. Choppy from 105.3 (The Fan) code. I paid much more than I was quoted and did not see the results i was hoping for, ..I might as well used my own Rainbow and took the time to do it properly myself.
