less soap residue
Friendly, the technician did an amazing job. I thought he would show up and tell me the carpet was hopeless but he didn't. He came in and again, did an amazing job.
When I called I ask I there where any additional charges? I was told no. I asked twice, at two different times.
Come to find out...tax was not included, additional charge for Soecial spray ( stain) if needed, and protection against more stains...additional fist.
Not happy. Even though he did as good a job as he could, the gentleman was courteous and helpful, and before the left I checkef the three areas and all looked good. However when dried the master bedroom..look as bad as it did before it was done!

Carpet looks worse now. I had it cleaned before holidays and now I have a week before holidays to clean it again. Cleaning pulled up stains I had not seen in years. Something I thought Zerorez did not do. Even surface dirt as in frequent walk paths are still dark. I get my carpet cleaner doing it myself. I did not have time to do it right now and I had a current large spot that you did get out. But old stained were resurfaced when they had not been visible for years. And common small spots did not even come out!!
None of this was apparent when the worker was here because the carpet was wet. (And if course I could not walk around and look for anything. But it would not have shown with it as wet as it was. The carpet was suppose to dry in 4-6 hrs. We stayed away for that time but it was still wet. When we awoke the next morning the carpet was still damp and more wet in certain areas. This was 12 hrs later. (4pm-4am). We left the house 3 hrs later. It was still wet. It was dry that evening and that is when the spots were apparent.
I was not going to pay for the sealant but decided to when I thought the job was going well. Now I fear the sealant will actually impair my now needed efforts to clean the spots.
I am disappointed that I paid over $300 so that I can spend my time this week working on spots rather than preparing for thanksgiving dinner. So - no, I would not recommend this service to anyone that I respect or not...
I do not want an offer to reclean my carpet. I do not have time or confidence in that. The I my thing you offer is a full refund. But even that does not compensate me and my family for the time we spent to prep the room, reorganize the room and now to reclean the carpet.
Lied about the price b
I was not completely satisfied, but still believe in your overall process. There are still spots that I think the technician could have removed. But I would try Zeroez again.

From their arrival to their departure their professional approach, friendliness, thoroughness and overall performance were all one could ask for. We received excellent service for the money.

They did a much better job than Dalworth had recently done. They arrived on time and had a good attitude. It would seem there ought to be a be a more comprehensive way to address oversize areas. While we had several rooms that were indeed over the square footage as it is defined, we had several rooms under a hundred square feet. Felt a bit touched financially as no consideration was given for small rooms.
