Client Testimonials

on time and good work

Your tech, Terry, was very nice and knowledgeable about the various products. He was also very contentious of my time and did not waste it.

The product works. Very nice, polite serviceman who knew about his product. Carpets look fantastic! No residue!

I was having issues with pet stains showing back up in my carpet within a week or two so Zeroez was highly recommended to me and I tried it out. It has been two weeks since your company was out and so far, so good. My husband even made a comment over the weekend that he thought you had done the best job out of the three companies that we have tried in the last two years. Also, your representative that came out gave us great advise on why this was happening and what to do and how often it should be done, he was not out there just trying to get our money as often as possible. Thank you and I would definitely recommend you to a friend!

Very pleased with the promptness and quality of service.

Zero Rez is very professional. I would not let anyone else touch my carpets

that they use water and not soap, there is no residue and most importantly it is a green product.

they work....

Great no smell. Very good

mY CARPET WAS SO DIRTY I didnot think it would come clean, but it did.Austin was so nice ,I had a wonderful expierce, and would reccomment again.

That it is chemical free and doesn't leave behind any residue which will collect dirt in the weeks to come.

Very thorough, very professional and a great result! Dry time was less than expected and the stain removal was impressive. Your technician Terry was a delight to have in the house. Best of luck to him and his continued service to Zerorez.

I previously used Stanley Steamer and was reluctant but curious about Zerorez... The results were great!

Austin did a great job cleaning our carpets, he was very polite, worked hard and did a great job!

It cleaned the carpet that we were thinking of replacing!

No smell because no chemicals and the carpet looks great.

IT IS BEAUTIFUL...AND BEFORE THEY BEGAN IT WAS A MESS... BUT IT TURNED OUT WONDERFUL I AM SO PLEASED AND DO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.AND HE ONLY TOOK ONE HOUR HE WAS IN AND OUT AND ONLY TOOK ABOUT FOUR OR FIVE HOURS TO DRY I LOVED IT.HE WAS ON TIME I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN I LOVE IT.

Friendly and my very old carpets look so much better. They also did not pressure for extra services and extra costs.

Jeffery was polite and efficient. The carpets dried quickly and look great. The only question I have concerns the quality of the water used in the cleaning process. We were Jeffery last appointment of the day. Since all the water used in the cleaning process was on the truck, did that mean the water used to clean our carpets had already been used several times in other peoples' homes that day?

They took extra time to clean my very very old retro carpet...twice...and it looks great. They took all the time needed to place the rug in the right place in the living room and moved the furniture back over it. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

The service was great and the carpets look near new. Our technician, David, was friendly and sociable and did a fantastic job. I wanted to try out the product in just three rooms and next time I will have the entire house done.
