The appointment making was easy, the technician (Kelsey) showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He was VERY knowledgeable about the project and kept me informed as he went along if he encountered something we had not discussed initially so that I could make an informed decision. He reviewed everythign with me afterward. It was a great experience. The carpets look so much better than they did and I was not inconvenienced in any way with soaked carpets that were going to take forever to dry.

Clean and dryed very quickly. Stains were completely removed. Carpet looked like new.

Very quick response, very friendly technician

The Zerorez associate was prompt and courteous. He took the time to show me the difference the cleaning process was making and mentioned other services...but was not pushy. I know that I need my couch cleaned and I will probably have it done next time with Zerorez. I was a first time user and wanted to see how well the service and cleaning was before I had more rooms done and my couch cleaned.

We are absolutely blown away at the difference Zerorez made on our carpet. We have been debating getting new carpet but trying to put it off due to an aging pet. We never thought our carpet could look this great again. Our technician (Andrew Clower) was absolutely amazing as well. I don't know what kind of training program you put your employees through, but Andrew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and obviously did wonders to our carpet. We immediately felt comfortable having him in our home. He is definitely the kind of person you want representing your company. And my wife had a lot of questions!!! Great tech and great service

I liked everything about Zerorez! It's been a little over a week since I had them at my house to do my carpets and they still look fantastic. I'm so impressed! The customer service was great, the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and clean, the product did what they said it would do plus some, and they blew the other carpet cleaning companies out of the water! Amazing, just AMAZING! It cost a little more but it was worth EVERY penny, if you go with anyone else you are wasting your money and time.

The online booking process was easy. The Tech was prompt and courteous. Also the carpet was almost try when he was done and it was clean!

Over the years, I have tried numerous cleaning companies and Zerorez is the best cleaning process on the market. The carpet pet stains are gone and after 2 months have not come back up. Most importantly, the pet odor is non-existent. Thanks Zerorez! Now I don't have to replace the carpet.
