We have pets and an 8 month old baby girl so using environmentally safe products are important to us. We have now used zerorez twice and have been very very happy with the cleaning job done both times. There truly is no residue or funny odors left behind as we've experienced with other carpet cleaning services.

I like that there were no harsh chemicals used. I also liked that the person that came was on time, friendly, and most of all, my carpet was clean when he left!!
