You did what you said you were going to do. My oriental carpet looked like new and sdidn't smell from harsh chemicals. The carpet was returned on the day promised. The gentleman (Albert) who delivered it called ahead to say he was stuck in traffic. He put on shoe covers before entering my house and was very polite.

As advertised this is the cleanest our carpet has looked—noticeably clean—looks great!

Very clean. I was impressed with how well the spots were cleaned. We marked several spots and they were gone once everything was complete. We have a crawler in the family, so the fact that no harsh chemicals were used was a bonus. We assumed we were compromising a clean carpet for a safe one for him. We were shoocked with the quality and will not go back to the others.

We were very happy with the attitude of the technician. He answered all of our questions and did a great job. We also like the 30 day guarantee so that we know if any of the stains come back we can call and you will take of it. We had a piece of our carpet replaced with the original carpet that we had kept and it was like looking at night and day. We didn't realize how bad the old carpet was until the new piece was next to it. Zerorez tech did a great job of making the old carpet match the new piece. It is very hard to tell the difference! We will use Zerorez again!
