We too have a business and it really means a lot to a customer to keep you word as far as what time you will be there. Also, Ryan explained everything that he would be doing and I have to say our carpets have NEVER looked so good. They look like they did when we moved in our house 8 years ago. We were very pleased with our Zerorez experience. The technician was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. Our carpets look wonderful. Our steps upstairs were my main concern and they look better than they've ever looked before. It did take a while for the stairs especially to dry but the results are wonderful.

Me and the wife are very excited about the results of service. We had a big spill of wax from a Christmas candle we had covered by a rug but after several passes, it was gone. Thanks Bobby, and thanks ZEROREZ!!
