Technician (Eric) was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The Zerorez carpet cleaning removed stains (as well as a bad odor) in a berber carpet that were due to a water leak. It also removed old stains that did not come up in a previous cleaning by another company. There was no odor after the cleaning, and no harmful chemicals or cleaning solutions used-- just the empowered water. Thank you.
