The results were excellent. The carpet was not overly-wet after cleaning and it took only a couple of hours to thoroughly dry. My technician, Kelsey, did an excellent job in explaining the process and also advising regarding other off-the-shelf products that could be hazardous to my carpet. He was extremely knowledgeable, and performed quickly and efficiently. I've used Stanley Steemer and other "coupon" advertisers, all with below-average results. I will definitely be calling Zerorez for all of my future carpet cleaning!
