I have been very impressed by the personnel that you have sent to my home. They are very professional and always answered any questions that I have had. You have a winning combination of a terrific service and quality personnel to provide it.

Service is great - products are clean and they work!
Prompt service, called ahead, very accomodating-customer focused, professional manners Have used service twice and found Zerorez to do an amazing job on my carpets. They look new!
We had Dustin as our technician. He was very prompt courteous and friendly. We had two other companies come out to try and get some set in stains out to no avail.
The results were amazing! My husband and I are very happy with the way our white rugs turned out. We have also sent out 5 area rugs to be cleaned and I am confident the results will be great. From what I have experienced so far I would highly recommend zerorez. I also feel that Dustiin is an asset to the company.
I like the fact that your products are organically safe. I didn't have to worry about harsh chemicals being used in my home where my brand new grandbaby was coming and where my two Morkie puppies live! As far as the service,I feel that I was treated very well. Attendant was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. Will recommend and use again! Thank you Zerorez!
Serviceman, Bobby was a real "professional" and communicated his process and product with a full sense of knowledge and confidence.
They work! All stains are gone aa well as the residue from the previous competitor carpet cleaners.

system worked well. got rugs spotless. tech very nice.
I liked the professional and courteous personnel sent to the house. Mr. Eric Sprruill and his team were wonderful. He knew his craft and was proud of his truck. When a worker is proud of his truck and it is organized and clean, it indicates pride and confidence. The carpet was cleaned beyond expectation.
Mr. Spruill was knowledgeable and knew his craft.
Looks great. Green
I like the results. I just bought a new house and couldn't afford to replace the carpet. I called zerorez based on kudzu reviews, and I was not dissappointed. The inspector who had seen the house before came in to do a final inspection and thought I had replaced the carpet. Kyle did an excellent job and he was very friendly.
Simple, fast, and thorough service. Not a bad value either. Thanks
Knowledgeable and courteous employees. Service cleaned our carpets without leaving harmful residues.
My carpets and rugs look great. The guys got out stains our regular carpet cleaner did not and they were the most pleasant service people I have ever had come to our house. The experience was terrific!
I WAS SHOCKED THAT NO SPOTS CAME BACK IN A FEW DAYS LIKE THEY DID WITH THE RUG DOCTOR. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED!! IT IS AMAZING TO ME THAT NO SOAP WAS USED AND MY CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW!

Cleans very good carpet
The service is excellent and my carpets look amazing!
No chemicals. No smell. Carpet dried very quickly.
Our carpet is much cleaner than any previous carpet cleaners have managed. The pile is much fuller, closer to how it felt when we first purchased 7 years ago.
