I had serious pet stains in a room and called Zerorez as a last resort before ripping up the carpet and replacing it. I was amazed at how well the carpet cleaning worked. I believe Zerorez bought me a few more years before the carpet will have to be replaced.

We were very, very pleased with everything! When I called on the phone, the person who answered was very helpful. She answered all my questions. The crew who came to clean were great. They treated our house as if it was their own. They arrived when they said they would. The carpet dried quickly and looks like new! The crew was very respectful.

The carpets were very clean and not soaking wet at all. IT only took about 4 hours for most of the house to be dry. The technician was friendly, and efficient.
Carpet looks great and the service tech did an excellent job and was kind and professional.
Mike was the "technician" who came to our house to work on our carpets. He toured the house with me, listened closely to my concerns, told me straight up what he thought he could and could not accomplish, described the cleaning process and how it was different from others that I had used before, and then went about getting things clean. He gave me timely updates on his progress, and areas where he was able to do better than he expected, and areas (few) that were going to continue to be problems. Mike kept me posted on what the cleaning services were going to cost, so that there was no "final surprise". And even though the final cost was more than five times what I had ever paid for capet cleaning services in the past, I knew why the price was what it was, and how I had caused the total to get to that level. I definitely will want to use Zerorez in the future.
