what i like most about your services is your quality service people. Excellent Job. If I can offer one small detraction, in our family room the technician didn't get as close to the edge as I had hoped (using the large tool), so there is a noticable line around the room. We're going to replace the carpet in the next 3-6 months, but if a technician is in the area, we'd like to have them just edge this one room so that it isn't as noticeable. Other than that, I am overwhelmingly pleased wiht the service.

I liked the friendly techs and the fact that they got out almost every single stain in my carpet to make it look brand new again!

Professional Best Practices in the Industry - We used Pro Carpet and had an abysmal experience - the spots in our carpet came back within a few days and they never responded to my repeated calls and e-mails. My technician, Lee Hamilton, was wonderful and very thorough. His assistant was great as well! It was very nice to be able to walk on the carpets immediately after they were cleaned. SO far it appears as of all the stains are gone. The stairs look especially good!
