Carpet look great and Jimmy my technican was terrific

Tim was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining processes and cleaning the carpets. He arrived within the time window I was given and communicated with me so I was able to be at work until he was headed to my home.

Good cleaning system, good personnel, good follow up.
Refueling charge added on end of order is not felt to be good business.
Services are a little expensive but with specials are worth the money.
