There are many things that I like! I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals. My carpets look amazing!! The tech who came to my house was extremely professional and courteous. There are no chemicals used; the product does not leave an after smell or leave the carpet feeling hard/ crusted. The service provided is very professional - the Technician was very pleasant and tok the time to answer any questions I had. I received a call to let me know the technician was on his way; he actually finished his job before mine and they called to ask if it was ok for the technician to come earlier.

The thecnician was knowledgeable and professional, he explained the process and took his time. I could tell buy the whay he worked and his attention to datail that he was going to do a good job. I have alwaysed used Stanley Steamer for the past and after using Zeroez I will never use Stanley Stemer agian.

I have used Zerorez in the past and love it. This time though the pet stains came back fairly quick. Overall though very nice people to do business with.
