Not like the other companies and is fairly dry when the tech leaves the home. Didn't try to sell me other products to clean my floor, it was clean the first time. Tech was very professional. My carpet feels clean and I like the fact that there are no chemicals or detergents left behind. It wasn't badly stained to begin with, but it looks brighter and smells better. My 2 technicians that came out were very helpful and professional.
