The technician that came was was very personable and professional. He worked very hard and got the carpet in our great room looking like new. This was amazing to me because it was extremely dirty and I thought way past looking presentable even after being professionally cleaned.

The only problem that I have is that it takes too long to get things back. I'm waiting on rug pads that I ordered on Saturday, May 9th. However, rugs that I had cleaned were cleaned extremely well, even though it took 3 weeks to get them back.

Kelsey, the technician, was so amazingly personable. He promised his service would put to shame any other carpet cleaner and was right. No weird smells or crunchy carpet. Instead, it's clean and soft and they look better than they have in years! Thank you Kelsey and Zerorez!

I had the annual HVAC serviced a week after the air ducts were cleaned. The HVAC tech stated that whoever cleaned the unit was very through. The quality of air is very noticeable immediately after the cleaning was done. Granted, it took 6 hours in all. There is no more dust flying in the air. The tech was very polite and respectfull. I am very happy to have had the services done by Zerorez. I was a bit hesitant, due to the cost. However, I am confident that I made the best decision for my family and our health.

The service technician was on time, courteous, confident of the quality of service he was about to perform and an overall excellent representative of Zerorez.
