Except for one plate size area near the bathroom door in the master suite my carpet looks brand new. Pet ordor is completely gone. Mike, the young man who cleaned our carpet was professional, knowledgable and extremely polite. When I am ready to do the top floor of my home I will call again and I will ask for Mike. Only had carpets cleaned, so can only comment on that. Tech was quick, yet thorough. Carpet looked great and no smell.

The technician that cleaned our floors was Mat and he was informed and worked very hard at trying to remove some tough stains that we have. Unfortunately, the stains were very stubborn and still remain but the rest of our carpets are VERY clean and beautiful! Thanks for your hard work Matt!

The guys who came were prompt, did a great job, and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. They were respectful, pleasant, explained what they were doing and why. The rugs looked great after they left. However, the next day, many of the stains came back. I thought that was one of the things that separated ZeroRez from other companies...that stains don't reappear as the rug dries.

My tech Howard was prompt and courteous and very thorough, he even noticed that I had moved a piece of furniture after he cleaned the room and went back to clean the area where the piece furniture was sitting.

This was a last minute request and you were able to fit me in same day. The service was excellent, my carpet looked new and we were extremely satisfied. I will absolutely recommend ZeroRez!
